BIOGRAPHY

'Since the age of 11 and going to an audition to support a nervous friend but getting roped into doing the audition myself, and getting the part of Annie in 'Annie' the musical, I've never looked back. '

After playing Annie in Annie (The Marlowe Theatre, Canterbury), Nicola attended 'Masquerade Performing Arts' stage school alongside school until the age of 16, and also begun attending the school choir and singing lessons, doing 'Musical Theatre' and 'Pop' grades under the Associated Board of The Royal Schools Of Music. Alongside this, Nicola also studied GCSE Music and started playing piano, doing her piano grades.

For 2 years, Nicola then studied A Level Drama and A Level Film Studies, as well as gaining a BTEC Diploma in Dance. She also started hip hop and commercial classes and continued the performing outside of school.

At the age of 18, Nicola then attended Canterbury Christ Church University for 3 years, where she gained a BA(Hons) Performing Arts Degree. She begun working professionally alongside her studies, and has performed full time continually since.
